The Space

The open-concept living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring comfortable furnishings, desert-inspired décor, and plenty of natural light. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or gathering with friends and family, the space is designed for connection and comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare anything you desire such as quick breakfasts to full family meals. Enjoy dining indoors at the formal table or casually at the breakfast bar. There is also a lovely dining area in the outdoor sunroom. A private laundry area with a new washer and dryer is available for guest convenience, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

All bedrooms are designed for restful sleep with calming desert tones, smart TVs, and high-quality Tuft & Needle hybrid mattresses. The primary suite includes direct access to the sunroom and a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A second updated bathroom features dual sinks and a shower-tub combination, providing comfort and convenience for groups.

Outdoor Living

Step outside into your own private desert retreat! Enjoy a heated pool perfect for year-round swimming, lounge under the sun on comfortable seating, or relax in the shaded patio and sunroom. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit or enjoy dinner outdoors under soft café lighting. Note that due to the cold winter months, the heated pool is only capable of heating to around 78 degrees. Multiple outdoor zones give your group space to spread out, unwind, and enjoy the Arizona lifestyle at your own pace.

Guests enjoy the added comfort and security of a private garage parking space, along with additional driveway parking. Easy access makes arrival and departure simple and stress-free.
