Designed for entertaining, this luxury property is replete with a state-of-the-art kitchen, a Great Room with a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and three fabulous suites, as well as ambient lighting, stylish furniture, and tasteful decor throughout. Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay.

Sip crisp beverages on your sprawling back patio overlooking the golf course. Detailed with a firepit, gas grill, Bose speakers, and cushioned lounge furniture, this covered outdoor space can be accessed via the kitchen, living room, or the primary suite. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the portable basketball court.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor Policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity. This includes staying within the community speed limits. HOA enforces speed limits. If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. Please note: Verkada Pass access is no longer available for guests. The HOA has restricted access to the community clubhouse, amenities, and golf course — these are now limited to private members only.

Amazing Home

We loved this home and it was the perfect “home base” for our daughter’s wedding guests. The location, community and homes amenities are top notch. Whenever we had any questions, or needed anything, the vacasa support team was on it. We will absolutely make this our first choice for our flagstaff stays in the future!

Everything was great. Beautiful home right on the golf course. There were 8 of us for a golf tournament and it was perfect. Only thing i didn’t like was the 4pm check in and 10am check out.

Spacious Home!

Loved the house! Wide open kitchen, dining room, and family group was great for our large group coming up to attend NAU graduation. 4 rooms with king beds was ideal, 3 with private bathrooms and one with a shared jack and Jill bathroom. Fire pit and heat lamp on patio were great for the cold nights.

Beautiful home in a spectacular setting!

You will not be disappointed with the setting of this home. With four king-bed rooms, everyone was comfortable at our siblings reunion. Flagstaff Ranch is a beautiful community with plenty of places to walk and enjoy both forest and golf views. After reading other reviews, we did bring our own coffee and tea. It was not super clear in the description, but one of the king suites shares a Jack and Jill bath with the bunk room. Fine for us, but good to know in advance.

Wedding Party Location

We were there to have my daughter’s wedding at the Flagstaff Ranch Country Club. We had 4 couples and the house was a perfect size for getting ready and housing the 4 couples! Each had their own king bed and private bath! It’s a beautiful house with lots of room! The only down side was that Vacasa doesn’t supply some basics like real bars of soap that would last the entire 5 nights we were staying plus they don’t even supply facial tissues and the toilet they supply could also be used as sand paper. The house was lovely and it seems like for the price and number of days we were staying, they could have spent $20 to provide a full size sponge and soap and decent TP, Kleenex…

To clarify, while the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. A Beautiful and Comfortable House

This house is so beautiful! It is modern, very comfortable and clean. There are 5 bedrooms all with en suites. One bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to a room with two sets of bunk beds. It was perfect for the parents to be close to the kids, but still have privacy. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need to make your meals. The huge family room has lots of space for all 10 of us to be together and the couch is super comfy! The only issue we had was the temperature inside the house when we arrived. The house was 50 inside which was colder than 52 outside! It took a while to heat a house that size, thank goodness for the fireplace! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this house!

Lovely Home, Poor Property Management

The home and location was wonderful. The accommodations are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. However, there was no coffee or tea! Most VRBO's we have been in have provided coffee and snacks for at least one day. This property manager provided nothing! I had requested an early check in and they said they would text me when the unit was ready. That does not work when you are driving 5 yo 7 hours to get there and have to plan ahead. They did text me about 1 pm but we were still about 3 hours away!! Also, when I had questions, you call the support number and get a call center where they read off a script,

Family Polar Express

House and property was beautiful. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own en-suite, made it easy for our kids and their small family to have their own private spaces. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals. Couldn’t use the outside patio/fire pit as the propane tank was empty. Wished we could have checked in earlier than 4pm, we asked and they could not accommodate however it snowed and it was clear no one had been there for hours, it was 27 degrees outside upon arrival and the inside of the house was at 54 so it took a bit to warm up. The internet data provided was incorrect but the property management communicated very quickly and resolved for us. There was no key for the excessive trash area. Otherwise the house was beautiful, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay again.

Cameras filming us on property - dishonest and didn’t address the issue during our stay

House and property is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. On the golf course. Fire pit in the backyard. We had an issue with our names not being on list with security guard house check in to enter neighborhood- property management company didn’t send it in time. So that was annoying, as I had also called Vacasa the day before arrival to make sure there would be no issues upon arrival. My reason for not giving five stars: While we were sitting in the backyard in front of the fire pit, I look up and there was a camera- and it was on, recording us. The listing specifically states the only camera is the Ring doorbell.I contacted the property management about it and to find out what other cameras were on the property.This was very dishonest, and felt very violating. Our privacy is very important when renting. I do not want cameras recording us while we were there to relax.Management said they would reach out to owner to find out about the cameras.They never got back to me after that. Dishonest, so beware of this place. I don’t know how many more cameras were hidden on property filming us. It was not a good experience to have this occur.

To clarify, a Ring doorbell is installed, and the only other camera is located above the sliding glass door on the patio—this one has been confirmed by the owners to be deactivated.
