Come stay in this beautiful condo in the popular Frank's on Shea community. With a double main bedroom layout, it is perfect for a couple or a small group. Comfortable and nicely decorated, enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the couch in the living room or enjoying the scenery out on the private and furnished patio. Feel like you are out of the city in this quiet community where you will have access to the clubhouse with a fitness center, pool table, and sauna! Spend a gorgeous Arizona day at the shared pool and hot tub.
You will be within walking distance to almost everything you could want to eat, drink or do! Visit the high-end shops and restaurants at nearby Gainey Ranch or Kierland Commons. Pack your clubs to play the holes at the beautiful Ancala County Club, one mile and a half away. This is also a great location for hikers & bikers! You will find multiple trailheads all within 15 minutes from your door. Head five and a half miles southwest to the OdySea Aquarium. Even though it's far, the Grand Canyon National Park is worth the visit! Located three hours and a half north, you can't miss this breathtaking formation considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
