Pros: The place was clean and quiet, and communication with the host was excellent. Both the bathroom and kitchen were well‑stocked with supplies, and most amenities were in good working condition. Each bedroom and the living room had fans, and even without AC, the nights were comfortably cool. The location was also fantastic—about a 70‑minute drive to the Grand Canyon, 2 hours to Page, and just minutes from Walnut Canyon and other national monuments around Flagstaff.Cons: The shower water initially came out extremely hot, and after one person showered, the next had to wait a few minutes for the temperature to stabilize. The shower in the first bathroom had uneven water pressure, causing a sharp spray from one of the holes.Overall: It was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this property.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean. The front door and rear sliding door could be opened to let the breeze blow through, which was nice. The view across the street from the balcony was nice as well. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful vacation home in Flagstaff!

We enjoyed our stay at your vacation property in Flagstaff. It had everything we needed & was very clean!! Great for seniors with no stairs. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t contact the property manager Great location & very quiet area!! Would definitely stay again Thanks!

It was ok for a short stay

This home was ok for 2 nights just to sleep, but it definitely needs some updating. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain well, the towels had a peculiar smell, the bedroom carpet needs to be replaced, etc. But the location was very nice and close to everything we needed.

We had a great time. The beds are stripped, towels on top of the washer. I tried to start the first load for you but the washer wouldn't turn on. Dishwasher is empty. Please have someone turn on the white fan in the 2nd bedroom, it's clattering. We still rate our stay 5 stars.
