At home, start the day on the shady patio with some coffee while the kids play in the private, enclosed yard. Inside, you'll find a fully updated, open living space. Don your chef's hat and step into the sleek, modern kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, including a waterfall island, and serve up family favorites at the adjacent dining table.

After days of desert adventures, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. We really enjoyed the house in Scottsdale. The backyard is awesome for dogs and kids and just sitting outside. Super quiet neighborhood. Nice big kitchen and eating area.

We liked the proximity to Westworld and how clean and well appointed the house was. We were there for a horse show and really needed a pleasant, comfortable place to rest each night.

Great location for relaxing stay

Very homey and comfortable accommodations. A super quiet neighborhood with a well marked walking trail just down the street. The back yard was perfect for playing with our dog, lots of space to toss a ball. The fire pit is a nice touch on cool evenings. It would have been nice to have some welcoming information about things to do in the area and perhaps restaurant recommendations. Other VRBOs have guest books to sign and make comments which are helpful to guests. All in all a wonderful two week vacation!

All you need & more

my wife and I ran out this property to attend a horse show at Westworld. It was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room we could’ve had two or three more people stay easily. Very pet friendly. All the amenities close to shopping and all the pleasures of the Scottsdale area. We will definitely be back!

Great location and backyard

Easy to get around valley, right off 101. Great backyard with fire pit, grill and covered patio. Walking distance to wonderful bike/walking path. A few minor glitches at beginning; property manager very responsive. Thank you.

Clean and modern layout. The location provided indoor and outdoor games available for the guests which was a pleasant surprise. The televisions were tricky to navigate, but we had a teenager with us who figured it out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, and glassware.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a great location. Quiet neighborhood but also close to everything you might need (shopping, eating, Mayo Clinic etc). The reason for 4 stars was the drain in the master bath kept clogging. I sent in a request and they sent someone out right away, but the next day it was clogged again. Other than that. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect house, great customer service!!!!

We stay at A LOT of rental properties and sometimes the home is great and sometimes the customer service is great. It’s rare both are great. This one, BOTH were fantastic!Super clean and cute place. Huge backyard that kept kids busy. Perfect size kitchen and entertaining spaces too. Super quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and will rent this property again next time. Only small things to note:1) Showers didn’t drain well so there was always standing water. 2) No extra condiments provided like salt, pepper, etc. Both of these not huge deals, just something to note.

Scottsdale get away

Loved this house! The property is beautiful, and the inside is nicely remodelded, the beds were comfy, and master bath and shower so nice! The backyard was perfect, we loved the grass area and bago set. To top it of a running trail is just a street away wich was perfect. The only downside was we couldnt get the dryer to dry our clothes fast. It took llike 2-3 cycles, this could have been our error but we tried all the cycles with no luck. Other than that the place was all we could have asked for.

The home was as advertised and lovely. The only problem for us was the TV. We were unable to watch any current sports because of the setup didn't include it. Netflix was available, however.

No working televisions is unacceptable

dated and tired and after three days of calls to the management we gave up on using the TVs as they are just too old and need replacing -note the 2023 comments as well the bunk bedroom was so hot yet the rest of the house was cold when using the heat. The Spartan linens and kitchen provisions are unacceptable, the dishwasher is old the silverware is rusty there is no artwork and the window treatments look like shower curtains even the garage door opener did not work not a very restful stay
