Welcome to Owenly House, set on the mountainside above Fish Hoek with views across False Bay. The private lower level has its own entrance and a spacious deck perfect for morning coffee or sunset evenings. Inside are two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area designed for easy, relaxed coastal living. Beach, shops and restaurants are just a short drive away.
The apartment is fully self-contained and accessed via its own entrance, offering privacy while remaining part of a well-established home. The open-plan living and dining area opens onto the deck, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow and making the most of the elevated position and beautiful views across Fish Hoek and False Bay. It’s a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the peninsula, or to enjoy a lovely barbecue on the deck on warm summer evenings.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re planning a relaxed breakfast with a sea view or a quiet evening in. Both bedrooms are generously sized with comfortable beds and storage for longer stays. The apartment includes one full bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate guest loo for added convenience.
The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, offering a peaceful mountainside setting while still being just a short drive from Fish Hoek Beach, Kalk Bay, Chapman’s Peak and the surrounding coastal walks.
The owners live on the upper level of the home, however, there are no shared internal spaces and the apartment remains private throughout your stay. Please note that the apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.
