This comfortably furnished home with 2 beds and 2 baths is located minutes from the Augusta National. Sidewalks run all the way to the pedestrian entrance. King bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room where you can enjoy the Golf Channel on our SmartTV. Unwind after a day of walking on the back deck. The home is located close to restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district.

Guests love the convenient location, with quick access to Washington Road where you’ll find many of Augusta’s most popular restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and everyday essentials are also just a short drive away.

During tournament week, the neighborhood becomes a favorite spot for golf fans thanks to its close proximity to Augusta National. You’ll enjoy the convenience of being near the action while still having a comfortable, quiet place to relax after a day at the course.

There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking is available. You have access to the entire home tomorrow.

You will enter into an open concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is seating at the kitchen island for 4 guests. Out of the back door is a deck overlooking a fenced yard with outdoor seating. Down the hallway are 2 bedrooms - the primary suite features a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed with adjacent access to the second full bathroom. There is a laundry room and covered carport.

Augusta is best enjoyed with use of a personal vehicle. Ride share services are available. Should you need an airport transfer or transportation through our concierge service, please reach out.
