This property is a licensed and self-catering holiday home. It is not part of a hotel, resort or serviced apartment.
To comply with Dubai Tourism regulations, we require passport copies for all guests who will be staying in the apartment 24 hours before the check-in date, so we can submit them to the security of the building to avail entrance passes for each guest.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Any arrival later than 9:00 pm should be communicated at least 1 day before the arrival date. Please get in touch with the Guest Relation Team with regards to confirmation for late arrival.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
The property is for the sole use of domestic stays and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards and keys in good condition upon your check-out.
Replacement of lost cards or keys will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per item. This fee is charged by the building management, and we are required to pass it on to guests. Kindly keep the access cards safe at all times to avoid this charge.
★ ADDITIONAL CLEANING ★ If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Kindly avoid smoking indoors! Any indication of smoking will incur an AED 1,000 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ★
Parties, events, and loud music are strictly not permitted. If any disturbances are reported by building management or neighbors, you may be required to vacate the apartment immediately without the option to continue your stay.
