* The apartment is strictly for residential stays only. Commercial activities and events are not permitted.

* Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.A charge of **AED 1,000** will apply if smoking is found to have taken place inside the apartment during your stay. This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning, including the use of an ozone machine and specialized equipment required to fully remove smoke and odors, ensuring the apartment is fresh and smoke-free for the next guest.

* House parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

* Please return all access cards upon checkout. Lost or unreturned cards will incur a replacement fee of **AED 500 per card**.
