Perched in the hills overlooking Granbury, this modern, single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a bright, airy, and spacious retreat with distant views of Lake Granbury. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and a modern, spacious kitchen, making it perfect for hosting meals after a day on the lake. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all the cookware you need.
This home is perfect for families, couples, and fishing trips—and yes, your dogs are welcome too! We even provide children's books, toys, and dinnerware for our youngest guests.
Comfortable Sleeping for Up to 8 Guests:
Primary Suite: King bed with a premium Helix Hospitality mattress, a private ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a premium Helix Hospitality mattress.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a premium Helix Hospitality mattress.
Living Room: Full-size Serta sleeper sofa.

Enjoy a fully privacy-fenced backyard, giving pets and kids a secure space to play. Unwind and have fun with features including:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the fully-fenced private backyard. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for use. The only exception is a locked owner’s closet used for storage. You will have access to free parking on the premises.

Seasonal Pool: Please note the Cowboy Pool has a maximum depth of 2 feet and is designed for cooling off and relaxing. It is a seasonal amenity and may be closed during colder months, typically from November through February. Please inquire about its availability before booking your stay during these months.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or monitoring the private backyard spaces.
