The apartment is located on the first floor and features an open, cozy living area with a corner sofa set, a floor lamp, a 40" LCD flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the first balcony, which invites you to linger and relax.

The open kitchen, the heart of the home, features a breakfast bar and two bar stools and is fully equipped. Adjacent to it is the dining area with a table and four chairs.

The vacation rental also features a separate bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands, and a spacious two-door sliding-door closet that offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. (Travel crib available)

The second separate bedroom, which opens onto the second balcony, is furnished with two single beds and a spacious wall shelf (also suitable for storing clothes).

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 to 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
