Offering 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, plus a pool (not heated) and hot tub, this home is a rare find, perfectly suited for sophisticated family reunions or corporate retreats seeking privacy and inspiration. Sleeps 16 (14 adults max). *Note – there is no A/C in this home.
OUR HOME
Nestled in a prestigious residential neighborhood just minutes from La Jolla Shores, elite dining, and coastal trails, this sprawling estate has everything you could ever want in a vacation rental.
The best and most impressive part of this estate is the sprawling backyard featuring a pool (not heated), large hot tub, several seating areas, 2 fire pits (1 DuraLog and 1 gas), BBQ, outdoor covered dining table for 8, and canyon views. This is the perfect spot for entertaining!
Enter into our great room, an open, loft-style heart of the home where indoor and outdoor living collide. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame dramatic canyon views. The entire rear wall of the home consists of French doors opening to a massive viewing deck. The living area is the perfect spot for catching up with friends and relaxing. Featuring a plush sectional sofa, designer leather day bed, recliner, Smart TV and fireplace (DuraLog only – not provided), you won't want to leave this room!
The modern kitchen, featuring brand-new stainless-steel appliances including 2 fridges and 2 stoves, a wine cooler and separate coffee bar with a massive kitchen island that seats 4 and a 10-person harvest table, is designed for long breakfasts and midnight conversations.
Wander down the eclectic hallway to find a half bathroom, full size laundry room with side x side washer/dryer, cozy reading nook, and farther down the hallway is a dedicated workspace and where you will find an endless supply of books.
The Master bedroom features an elevated King size bed, seating area with 2 leather chairs and a rocking chair to gather and watch the Smart TV, electric fireplace, French doors to open up and watch the sunrise over the pool and huge lawn. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanity sinks, an enclosed Italian tiled shower, and oversized soaking tub.
Br#2 has a queen bed and overlooks the pool. There is an oversized closet with a twin roll away cot, and the unique ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
Br#3 features a queen size bed and an oversized closet with 2 additional twin roll away cots, and the ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Br#4 features a Twin over Full bunk bed, dedicated work space, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Golfers will be pleased to note we are located only 5 minutes from famous Torrey Pines Golf course.
• Dining | Have everything from fine dining to a local market all within 10 minutes of our home! A 10 minute drive away is a convenient Vons Grocery Market as well as a Starbucks to kick start your day. Want fine dining? We are a short drive to Michelin Star fine dining restaurant at The Marine Room. A 10 minute UBER will get you to downtown La Jolla with various eateries located off Prospect St. including ocean view dining at George's at the Cove, Hawaiian inspired Duke's La Jolla *great for families, & Eddie V's Prime Seafood.
• Attractions | A 10 minute drive will get you to Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, with more than 5,000 fish in 60+ aquarium habitats. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
