The Space:

Step inside and feel instantly at home in the inviting living room, where a plush couch, loveseat, comfortable chair, and recliner create the perfect gathering space. Turn on the smart TV for movie night and gather with friends and family for that cozy comfort. The open kitchen offers ample space for meal prep, fully equipped with everything you need to cook with ease, plus counter seating for two that’s ideal for morning coffee or keeping the cook company. Just beyond, the dining table for six sets the scene for shared meals, games, and laughter after a day at the beach.



Slide open the doors to the screened-in deck and enjoy peaceful outdoor living without the bugs. With a table perfectly suited for al fresco dining, it’s an inviting spot for breakfast in the coastal breeze or relaxed dinners under the evening sky. At Bear Trap Glory, you’ll find the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—an ideal home base for your next Delaware beach getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, and 2 twin size beds in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.

· Please note that a $125 Linen Fee will be automatically applied to all reservations.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front entrance and actively monitoring the sidewalk.

· Swimming pool next to condo is for owners use only

· Guests pay for an amenity pass that includes communal pool, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, sport courts, playgrounds, summer beach shuttle and gym. Golf is separate and not included in amenity pass.

· Trailers and jet-skis are not permitted on the property
