4. Pet Policy (Cats & Dogs Only) Maximum of 1 pet per stay. Pets must be disclosed before arrival. - 1–7 nights: $25/night - 8–29 nights: $200 flat rate - 30+ nights: $300 flat rate - Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 violation fee.
5. Fees & Potential Charges Extra Guests: Base rate covers 4 guests; $25/night for each additional guest. Early/Late Check-in: $35/hour (if pre-arranged); $75/hour for unauthorized late check-out. Luggage Drop-off: $25 flat fee (must be arranged in advance).
