What this studio offers:
New place & furniture: You’ll be the first guest to stay here. Everything is new and simple, nothing worn out.
Own boiler: We have our own heating system, so you won’t have any issues with hot water or warmth.
Mountain view: You can see the mountains right from your window—it’s a nice, calm view to wake up to.
Quiet spot: If you like peace, this is for you. It’s so quiet here that I often sit and knit without any distractions.
Convenient location: You don’t have to walk far. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and fresh vegetable stalls are all very close.
Close to the beach: The sea is just 400 meters away, so it’s a quick walk to the water.
Smart AC: There’s an inverter air conditioner that keeps the place cool while being very energy-efficient.
Modern shower: It comes with a thermostat, so you can easily set the water temperature exactly how you like it.
Comfortable sleep: We picked an orthopedic mattress with independent springs so you can get some real rest.
Stay connected: The Wi-Fi works everywhere in the house. You can even sit on the terrace or in the yard with your yarn and still be online.
