Reliable heating: The house has its own heating system. You won't have to worry about staying warm during the cooler months.
Mountain views: You can see the mountains right from your window. It’s a nice, calm view to wake up to every morning.
Peace and quiet: If you value your privacy, this is a good choice. It’s a very peaceful area—I often sit here with my knitting because it’s so relaxing.
Daily essentials: You don't have to go far for groceries. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and fresh vegetable stalls are all within a short walk.
Quick walk to the sea: The beach is only 400 meters away, so you can be by the water in just a few minutes.
Smart AC: We’ve installed an inverter air conditioner. It keeps the room at a comfortable temperature without using too much energy.
Simple shower: The shower has a thermostat, so it’s easy to get the water temperature exactly how you like it.
Sleep quality: The bed features an orthopedic mattress with independent springs to make sure you actually get a good rest.
Enjoy the outdoors: You can spend time on the terrace or in the yard with your things—or even your knitting—and still stay connected to the Wi-Fi.
