The Malaga 07 vacation rental is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

With its location near the beach, the Malaga 07 vacation rental is just right for your Baltic Sea vacation with 5 people. With 63 m² of space, you’ll have plenty of room for everyone in the living room with its kitchenette and dining area, the two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower, and the southwest-facing terrace.

The heart of this modern vacation rental is the open-concept living area with kitchen and dining space. Thanks to the large terrace windows, the room is flooded with light and bright. However, it can be darkened as needed with the exterior blinds or curtains. From the living area, you can easily step out onto the terrace. During the season, you’ll find patio furniture and a parasol here.

In the modern living room, the sofa invites you to enjoy a cozy evening watching TV. It can be pulled out to form a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm). For entertainment, there’s a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. In the armchair in the reading nook, you can read a good book during quiet moments. You can also surf the web from the sofa. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available here free of charge.

The kitchenette in the living room is equipped with everything you need in a good, modern kitchen: an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. In addition to plenty of cooking utensils, there are also plenty of dishes and glasses, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

The large bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The large closet provides ample storage space for your wardrobe. The second bedroom of the vacation rental has a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) and a dresser. For your comfort while sleeping, exterior blinds have been installed to block out the light.

In the spacious shower room with heated floors, you’ll find a walk-in shower at floor level. The vanity offers space for your toiletries.

A note about the flooring: laminate flooring has been installed in the bedrooms. All other living areas are tiled. Up to 2 pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The parking space for your car is located right next to the house.

The Malaga vacation complex is centrally located on Kastanienallee and is only about 250 m from the beach. Right in front of the house, you’ll find a parking space and a bike shed.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without sheet sets).

The Malaga vacation complex is situated in a quiet area in the western part of Boltenhagen.

Are you looking for a place to spend your vacation? Then our Malaga vacation complex is your ideal vacation destination. You’re just about 450 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the wooden boardwalk. There are great shopping options right nearby, and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away. One of the vacation apartments even has a sauna (for a fee).

Free parking spaces are available in front of the building. Each vacation apartment has a separate shed for bicycles.


Vacation apartments in the Malaga Boltenhagen complex


Built in 2007, the Malaga vacation complex offers plenty of space for four to six people with a total of eight spacious units. Three of the apartments, with two or three rooms, are located on the first floor of the complex and offer relaxing hours in the sun as well as fresh Baltic Sea air on their own terraces. The fourth and largest of the apartments spans the top two floors of the complex and features a spacious furnished balcony.

All vacation apartments at the Malaga vacation complex on Kastanienallee feature Wi-Fi; pets are allowed in some units, and for families with infants, a travel crib and high chair are already provided. Each apartment is individually and tastefully furnished.
