Vacation Rental No. 21, “Netzboden,” in the Waterkant complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>Your two-room vacation apartment is located on the third floor of the Waterkant complex and, with approximately 45 m², features a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.<br><br>The southeast-facing orientation and the many windows ensure pleasant natural light in all rooms. Your living and dining area is furnished with a sofa bed (145 x 190 cm), two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. This room also features a large dining table, perfect for breakfast together or game nights.<br><br>Your bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the large closet in the hallway. The floors in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen area are covered with laminate. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds.<br><br>The modern kitchenette opens onto the living area. It features a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment. The bathroom, which gets natural light, is spacious and offers plenty of storage space in addition to the shower. The floor is tiled.<br><br>The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> At the Waterkant vacation complex, you’ll spend your vacation right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 m away.<br><br>Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).<br><br><br>Vacation apartments at the Waterkant resort<br><br><br>The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three adjacent buildings.<br>Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.<br><br>The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.<br><br>Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
