Vacation Apartment No. 40 in the Residenz Seestern complex, renovated in 2021, is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. The bathroom and furnishings have been updated with a modern touch.<br><br>Located on the first floor and measuring approximately 60 m², the apartment features a large balcony facing the lake, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 100 m away.<br><br>The modern living room features laminate flooring. A comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) provides two additional sleeping spots. On rainy days, the flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.<br><br>The bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bedroom floor is covered with hardwood flooring. The windows can be blacked out. There is also a second TV available here.<br><br>The renovated built-in kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A cozy dining area is integrated into the living area. A tiled shower room is available.<br><br>The Residenz Seestern vacation complex is located in the center of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the resort’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool (the wellness area at Residenz Seestern will be closed from January 6, 2025, through January 26, 2025, for maintenance and deep cleaning). You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the first floor of Residenz Seestern.<br>Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Additionally, this is a non-smoking unit.<br><br>The complex features an elevator and an underground parking garage (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bike storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. The beach is 100 meters away.<br><br>Pets are allowed in some apartments. <br>All apartments offer free Wi-Fi and Sky. <br>Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.95 meters).<br><br><br>Vacation apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex<br><br><br>The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage. <br>You can reach your vacation rental by elevator (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground parking garage or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every vacation rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony. <br>When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandbox, climbing frame, and nest swing.<br><br>As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground parking garage.<br><br>Next to the underground parking garage, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. <br>Storage rooms and niches in the underground parking garage are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
