The cozy sitting area is perfect for relaxing. You can step directly from the living room onto the furnished, east-facing balcony.<br><br>The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a two-door closet that offers plenty of space for your vacation clothes. This room is carpeted. The windows have blackout curtains.<br><br>The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and features an oven with a built-in microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. <br><br>Of course, there is a tiled shower room. Smoking is not permitted in this vacation rental, and pets are not allowed.<br><br>The Hanse Hof vacation complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m, but the parking space itself is only 1.95 m high) are located in the building. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring a bedroom and a kitchenette integrated into the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Of course, each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.<br><br>From the underground parking garage, both a staircase and an elevator (cabin size 90x138 cm) lead to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground parking garage.<br><br>Coin-operated washers and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
