Spanning two levels, the approximately 70 m² vacation apartment offers plenty of space for six people to enjoy a break from everyday life. The apartment features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon complex is approximately 250 m.<br><br>From the living area, you have access to the furnished balcony. The bright living room is equipped with a cozy couch and a dining area for six people. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a selection of games.<br><br>In the fully equipped kitchenette, which was recently renovated, you’ll find a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bedroom on the lower level is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The flooring throughout the lower level is laminate.<br><br>An interior staircase leads to the attic, which features two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Roller blinds are provided in all sleeping areas to block out the light. The flooring on the upper level is also laminate.<br><br>The newly renovated shower room on the upper floor features two sinks and a separate toilet. A high chair and a crib are available for younger guests. A handcart is included in this vacation rental (subject to availability). Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the house.
