The modern dining table by the serving hatch offers the ideal spot for shared meals. From the living room, you have access to the southwest-facing balcony with a view of the greenery, where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening.

The kitchen is a separate room and is well-equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove with oven, 4-burner Cerenak cooktop, and microwave.

The bedroom features a double bed (2x90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, as well as a second TV. There’s also enough space in the bedroom to set up the travel crib that comes with the apartment.

The functional bathroom features a walk-in shower. A small bathroom shelf provides storage space for your essentials.

A parking space is available for your car in the underground garage (clearance height 2.00 m). Guests will find a storage room for bicycles in the building. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!
The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is only about 200 m.

All apartments feature a furnished balcony from which you can let your gaze wander far beyond the rooftops of Boltenhagen.

You can easily reach your apartment via the staircase or the elevator (cabin size: 80 cm x 120 cm).
You can also safely store your bike in the lockable bike storage room, which is available to all residents of the building.
