This charming 3-room apartment is located on the top floor of a single-family home. You enter the apartment through the shared building entrance. The cozily furnished vacation rental features a balcony facing northeast. With 79 m² of living space, it offers a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. The living room features a cozy seating area. For your entertainment, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV, a CD radio, a collection of games, and a selection of books. The spacious dining table is also located in the living area.

The tiled kitchen is separate and accessible from the hallway. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven with a 4-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an additional dining area. In the bedroom, you’ll find a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a sofa, and a large wardrobe. From this bedroom, you can access the second bedroom, which is furnished with another double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Fly screens and curtains on the bedroom windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There is a tiled shower room. The flooring throughout the apartment is laminate. Please note that pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack next to the house. The parking space is located right next to the house.

The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is approximately 950 m.
