The Reet/AM19b vacation home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people. Bookings for this home are only available for a minimum of 4 nights. For bookings spanning the New Year’s holiday, please note the minimum rental period of 5 nights.

Spanning three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living area with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here—over 100 m². The beach is about 400 m away.

On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living room with a cozy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. You’ll also find the guest bathroom with a shower and the entryway here.

The west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. It is equipped with an electric grill, among other amenities. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player are available for your entertainment. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The attic features two bedrooms (one with a double bed measuring 2x 90x 200 and one with two single beds measuring 90x 200). The larger bedroom includes a TV. The attic also features an utility room with a washer and dryer, a shower room, and a hallway.

The loft contains another bedroom (two single beds, 90x200), which is also equipped with a modern TV. A crib, a high chair, and Wi-Fi access (subject to availability) are included in the vacation home. A private sauna is also available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back from the street. The parking lot with individual spaces is located right at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without bedding setup).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the vacation rental. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the cottages.
The entire complex has free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each cottage, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg vacation resort, exclusive vacation homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack
