The Reet/AM17a vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, your thatched-roof vacation home features a living area with access to the southwest-facing terrace, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here across 100 m².

On the first floor of the vacation home, you’ll find the spacious living room with a cozy dining area, as well as the integrated kitchenette. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system

The guest bathroom with shower and the entryway are also located on the first floor.
In the two bedrooms upstairs, you’ll find a box-spring bed with a full-length mattress (180 x 200 cm), two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and closets with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. There’s also a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, the upper floor features a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

The attic contains another bedroom, which has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an additional TV. Additional amenities at the vacation home include a shared shed, a washing machine, as well as a travel crib, a high chair, and a handcart (subject to availability) for young guests. The entire house has Wi-Fi (subject to availability). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

The semi-detached houses 17 A and 17 B are located next to each other. They are similarly equipped and are suitable for families of friends who want to vacation together.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high in the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
