The home comfortably sleeps up to 20 adults. With children included, total occupancy may accommodate up to 24 guests (25 including an infant in the nursery room).

House Rules
Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:

• Maximum occupancy: 24 guests (25 with infant)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (includes outdoor amenities)
• No smoking or vaping
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Use of pool and play equipment is at guest’s own risk
• Keep doors and windows closed to prevent pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate!)
• Any damage must be reported promptly
• Respect neighbors and property at all times

Security & Monitoring

• Outdoor security cameras (front & side of home — no audio recording)
• Minut noise monitoring device (does not record conversations)
