Relax in this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the first floor with peaceful golf course views in Myrtle Beach. Perfect for families, couples, or long-term stays, this condo offers easy access, quiet surroundings, and everything you need to feel at home.
Step outside to enjoy your private patio overlooking the golf course — ideal for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day.
Pets are NOT allowed.
The Space:
*2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo
*1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout sofa.
*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.
* washer/dryer in the condo.
* Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on premises.
Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
