No parties or events are permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Please observe quiet hours and respect the noise curfew.
Pets are welcome (maximum of 2). A fee of $90 per pet applies.
Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times.
Treat all furnishings and property with care. Guests are responsible for any damages exceeding the security deposit.
Do not rearrange indoor or outdoor furniture.
Do not drag furniture on the deck, as this may cause damage.
Please wash and put away all dishes before departure.
Kindly take out all trash prior to leaving.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
During hot weather, please keep the AC set no lower than 70°F.
Be cautious outdoors, as the home is located in a forested area with frequent strong winds.
Ensure the hot tub cover is securely fastened when not in use.
Keep the grill covered and secured when not in use to prevent wind damage.
**Left over belonging**
- If any items are left behind, we’re happy to ship them back for the cost of shipping plus a $50 handling fee. Any unclaimed belongings will be donated after 2 weeks
