Hello Patricia, We are sorry that you had problems checking in. We sent you all the important information about check-in to your e-mail address already 3 days before your arrival. There it is also mentioned that our guests have to check in online from 14:00 on the day of arrival to receive the access code for the apartment. For security reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide the code before. In case of emergency, we are always available via our emergency phone number, which you will find in the booking confirmation and at the entrance of the house. Unfortunately, we could not offer you a late check-out because the apartment was occupied again. If we have information before the day of departure that our guests would like to check out later, we could have the possibility to react and change the room allocation. However, if we only receive the info on the day of departure (our office does not open until 09:00), then we cannot react or change anything as quickly. I hope you understand this.
