Welcome to Coastal Canopy, your private retreat offering the perfect balance of backyard luxury and easy access to the shore just a short drive away! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Largo home is designed for relaxation and connection, featuring a massive fenced-in backyard perfect for families and gatherings. Unwind beneath the charming wooden pergola, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, or soak your cares away in the hot tub under the open sky. With the beach less than a 10-minute drive away, you can easily spend your days by the waves and your evenings enjoying the comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities of this inviting coastal escape.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, stove/oven, built-in microwave drawer, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, waffle maker, food processor, electric skillet, crockpot, KitchenAid mixer, citrus juicer, and 4 bar stools along the island counter. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. ​​​​​​​

Dining Room: Beautiful wooden dining table with 4 chairs and a bench that sits 2-3.

Living Room: Comfortable L-shape sofa, sitting chair, flat screen TV in the built-in TV console, a fireplace (not for guest use), ceiling fan, and double doors leading to the back patio.

Rec Room: Ping-pong table, loveseat, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, bedside dressers with lamps, wall-mounted TV, desk with rolling chair, a mini-split, closets with mirror doors, a ceiling fan, a window overlooking the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (Ensuite): Double vanity with plenty of counter space, toilet, and standing shower with detachable showerhead.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, bedside lamps, wall-mounted TV, closet, full-length mirror, and ceiling fan. In the hallway outside this bedroom are plenty of books for all ages and board games.

Bathroom #2: Double-vanity with plenty of counter space, toilet, and a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #3: King-size bed, bedside lamp, wall-mounted TV, vanity, closet with mirror doors, and ceiling fan.

1/2 Bathroom: Toilet and single sink with counter space.

Bedroom #4: Twin-over-twin bunk beds (ideal for children), single twin bed, dresser, closet with mirror doors, and ceiling fan. No TV.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and counter space.

Outdoors: Large fenced-in backyard with plenty of seating under the wooden pergola, outdoor dining table that sits 6, gas grill, wooden swing, pool (not heated), hot tub, 2 kayaks, and a basketball hoop in the front driveway.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Spa Heating: Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a heater cannot always heat the spa completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold. Spas/hot tubs do not heat continuously. They need to be turned on manually and run on a timer. The spa/hot tub will not be turned on before check-in.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Large driveway that can accommodate between 5 and 6 vehicles, depending on the size. There is no grass or street parking.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
