This spacious 4-room vacation apartment was newly built in 2018 and is therefore equipped with the latest energy standards and state-of-the-art technology. The rooms are bright and modern, furnished with very high-quality furniture. The three bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds that are 1.80m wide. The living/dining area boasts a high-quality built-in kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an elegant gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. A staircase in the living area leads to the separate, comfortable bedroom in the attic (full headroom), which has its own shower room.

The house is located in a quiet residential area not far from the center of the island of Norderney. The pedestrian zone is just 100 meters from our beautiful home. The beach and the beach promenade are also just a few minutes’ walk away (300 meters). The vacation rental features a large rooftop terrace (19 m²), accessible from the living/dining area. Comfortable patio furniture lets you enjoy a relaxing day in the fresh North Sea air.

The apartment is accessible via the building’s elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building’s basement. Bicycles or similar items can be stored in a lockable garage right next to the building.
