Dear guests, welcome to Haus Juliane! We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 18-square-meter one-room “Sandstrand” vacation apartment on the first floor of the garden house offers ample space for up to 2 people. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities here, such as a TV/radio and free Wi-Fi. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double sofa bed. The built-in kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The vacation apartment is reserved for non-smokers. You can enjoy the sun on your terrace, which features a beach chair.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples or families traveling together.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons, only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
- Dog/Juliane: 5.00 € per night
