The large living room features a cozy electric fireplace, comfortable seating, and space to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. For longer stays, guests also have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer.
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests. One bedroom features a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds, making it ideal for couples or friends traveling together. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed. A remodeled full bathroom provides a clean, modern space to refresh during your stay.
Outside, enjoy the peaceful surroundings with a small stream behind the property. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and a dog park and playground are just a 5-minute walk away, making this a great option for families and guests traveling with pets.

This home is intended for quiet, respectful stays only. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $250 fine, in accordance with VRBO policy.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be mindful of noise during quiet hours to respect our neighbors and the separate lower unit. We appreciate your help in keeping the home peaceful for everyone.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 violation fee.
Shoes Off Indoors
To help us maintain a clean and comfortable home for all guests, we kindly ask that you remove shoes upon entry.
