While this is a new listing for properties we manage on behalf of friends and family, rest assured, your experience will be nothing short of spectacular.

The main level welcomes you with an open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining area flow seamlessly together. Cozy up by the electric fireplace with plush seating, or gather around the spacious dining table and bar for meals, games, and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need for anything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. Step outside to the deck and unwind in the private hot tub, the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Smokies. This level also includes a king bedroom with a TV and access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a convenient stacked washer and dryer.

The second level is your entertainment hub, designed for unforgettable nights in. The private theater room features tiered seating, plush reclining chairs, and a large screen for the ultimate movie night experience. Just outside the theatre is the perfectly designed lounge area, which offers a custom bar with seating, a TV, and a cozy electric fireplace. It's truly perfect for gathering between games or unwinding in style. This level also includes two king bedrooms, each with a TV and private ensuite bathrooms with a shower/tub combo.

The third level is all about fun and flexibility, making it a favorite for kids and groups alike. The spacious game loft is packed with entertainment, including air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball, and classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Golden Tee. This level also features two additional king bedrooms, along with two twin bunk bed sets, providing plenty of sleeping space for larger groups. • We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, a bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip.

• Less than 2 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 4.2 miles from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country!
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
