This property is modern, comfortable, and child-friendly, yet cozy and inviting. The house is located in the health resort town of Heringhausen, surrounded by nature and a local recreation area with plenty of biking and hiking trails right on your doorstep.
Spanning 100 square meters across two levels, it offers plenty of space for 6 people plus a baby to feel right at home. For larger groups, the sister house “Türkis” is located right next door.
The upper level features a spacious living/dining area, including a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the foothills of the low mountain range and Lake Diemel—a pure lake view that truly lives up to the name!
Amenities include a game collection, a smart TV with a soundbar, an electric fireplace, and direct access to the large LakeView rooftop terrace with a gas grill.
This level also features a cozy bedroom with a box-spring bed and a ceiling fan, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The chic reading nook on the loft serves as a little retreat before bedtime or whenever you need a break. All of this simply makes you want to enjoy a long vacation or a short getaway.
On the lower floor, in addition to a spacious entryway, there are two more bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed and one with two single beds), as well as a large spa bathroom with a sauna, bathtub, and spa shower. In addition, the house features an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a second terrace directly in front of the lower bedroom.
The “children’s bedroom” with two single beds has a small desk that includes an inductive charging station for your cell phone, offering you the option to set up a “home office” in this wonderful setting if needed. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
For the little ones, a portable travel crib and high chair are available.
The house is equipped to accommodate guests with allergies. A central ventilation system ensures a consistently balanced indoor climate. All mattresses are fitted with dust-mite-proof protective covers.
There is a parking space right in front of the house, complete with an electric charging station. — Use of the electric charging station is free of charge for electric vehicle owners renting this property. Bicycle lock-up facilities are available right outside the front door.
