Beds made upon arrival and complimentary hand and shower towel set per person; central heating.
(Crib, high chair, changing table with changing pad, and diaper pail available free of charge; please request in advance).
Cozy living and dining room, 36.2 sqm. with underfloor heating, dining area, large sofa, satellite TV, reading nook/books, wood-burning stove (wood provided for heating), toys for children, reading nook, and books.

New kitchen, furnished in 2025, 11.7 sqm, fully equipped: electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, electric grill, hand blender and smoothie blender, toaster, extensive set of dishes and pots, dining area for 3 people.

Bathroom, 7.7 square meters, with tub/shower/toilet, bathrobes, hair dryer, makeup mirror, washer-dryer.
Entrance hall, 2.7 sqm, with coat rack, free Wi-Fi, and parking in front of the house. Seating area in the garden for guests’ use.

Made-up beds in the two bedrooms ensure a sense of comfort right from the moment you arrive.

Each features a cozy, spacious living and dining area with a large dining table and a sofa, along with a flat-screen TV, digital radio/CD/Bluetooth, and a reading and game corner.
In both 4-star vacation rentals, a new wood- and pellet-burning heating system provides warmth and comfort. 
In the living and dining room of the 4* vacation rental “Apfelblüte,” a Swedish wood-burning stove can also be lit; firewood is provided.
The 4* vacation rental “Paradies” features hardwood floors and is spread over two levels. The sitting area with a TV is located on the loft. Wall-mounted heating adds to the cozy atmosphere.

Bathroom with tub/shower/toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and first-aid kit; washing machine or washer-dryer; bathrobes; and a set of hand towels and shower towels per person.
