This inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is set up to make everyday living simple and comfortable. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and an in-suite vanity, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, making it a flexible space for roommates, guests, or a home office setup, if needed.
Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers and single-sink vanities, offering a clean, functional layout. In total, the home has three vanities, including the additional vanity and sink located in the primary bedroom, giving you extra space to get ready without feeling crowded.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and store your essentials, with a dining table that seats four to six for easy meals at home. The living room feels warm and welcoming, complete with a couch, two side chairs, a coffee table, and a TV stand with a smart TV. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch, and the desk area is ideal for remote work or studying. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is included for added convenience.
Outside, you'll have access to approximately five acres of open space to enjoy. The property includes a stocked trout stream, a large fire pit for evening gatherings, and plenty of room to spread out and relax. There are also 2 storage buildings on site, available for storage, offering extra flexibility and space for your belongings. Pets are considered at the owners' discretion. The house has a private driveway and ample parking.

Appalachian Trail access is approximately 15 minutes away. Grayson Highlands State Park is a scenic one-and-a-half-hour drive. Other notable locations include Virginia Tech (75 minutes away), Emory & Henry College (50 minutes), and Barter Theater in Abingdon, VA (60 minutes)
