Guests will have full access to their private unit. The home is located inside a 4-unit building, so you may pass other residents in the shared entryway and stairwells.
To reach your unit, you’ll walk up a small set of stairs and enter through the first door which is locked. After entering, your unit will be directly to your left. Once inside, the entire unit is yours.
Parking: Easy and convenient off-street parking available directly in front of the home.

A/C: Do not set the thermostat below 68°F. Setting it too low can cause the system to freeze. Damage from misuse will result in a fine.
Heat: Do not set the thermostat above 78°F. Overheating the system may cause damage and will result in a fine if caused by improper use.
🚭 Smoking
Strictly no smoking or vaping (including cigarettes, marijuana, dab pens, and hookah) anywhere inside the home or near entrances.
Any odor, residue, or evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine and possible cancellation of the reservation.
🤫 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighbors and avoid loud music, gatherings, or disturbances. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine and removal from the property.
🐾 Pets
Pets are allowed to stay at this property for an additional $100/pet pet fee!
⏰ Early Check-In
One-hour early check-in may be available at no charge if the property is ready.
Requests must be made in advance — your door code will not work before 3:00 PM unless confirmed.
Additional early check-in beyond one hour is $50 per hour, if available.
🕓 Late Check-Out
Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $50 per hour fee.
This ensures our cleaning team stays on schedule for incoming guests.
📦 Mail & Deliveries
No mail or package deliveries may be sent to this address. Please use a pickup locker or postal location if needed.
🚽 Plumbing & Parking
Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper.
Parking is allowed in designated areas only — no parking on grass. Damage from improper parking may incur a $100 fee.
