NEWLY RENOVATED basement unit PRIVATE ROOM with PRIVATE BATH. This room is in a separate basement unit with separate entrance. Renters have access to full kitchen/dining area, living room and in unit washer/dryer. This place is fully furnished and all utilities are included. Bedroom has queen bed, desk, chair, nightstand, closet, and 50 inch brand new ultra HD TV.
Safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of good walking space, big trees and fresh air. The house is 6mins from Mosaic District, 10mins to Tysons Corner and 30mins to DC. 5mins to Giant, Asian Markets, restaurants, bars and bubble tea shops :)
Extra person: $300/person/month
Cleaning fee: $150/3 months (cleaning lady comes once per month and at move out)
Pet fee: $300/3 months for 1 pet, additional $150/3 months for any additional pet
