Large duplex apartment (=maisonette—1st and 2nd floors—no elevator, but with a spiral staircase), featuring a large balcony. 2 separate bedrooms. 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Separate living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area. Suitable for up to 6 people. Final cleaning, €90.00, is to be paid separately upon arrival, as is the local tax (neither is included in the apartment price).
