Optimist, a comfortable vacation home near the forest and the beach

This exclusive vacation home is located in a quiet area on the western outskirts of Prerow. Right next to the house, you’ll find access to the bike path that leads through the Darß Forest to the unspoiled western beach. The fine-sand northern beach is about a 10-minute walk away.<br>The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace.<br>The high-quality, open-concept kitchen—which opens onto the living room—leaves nothing to be desired. A large dining table and a cozy couch round out the living experience. The house features one bathroom on the first floor and one on the upper floor. One features a spacious shower, and the other has a shower, bathtub, and an adjoining sauna.<br>Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed that includes a pull-out trundle bed. These rooms can be darkened and are equipped with insect screens.<br>On the first floor, there is an additional bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed for 1–2 people.<br>If you’d like to bring a 7th guest, please feel free to contact us directly.<br>Outside, you’ll find a small, beautifully landscaped garden, a large sun terrace, and 2 parking spaces.<br>A maximum of two pets are allowed in this house.<br><br>This house was newly built and completed in the winter of 2018.<br><br>The “Optimist” house takes its name from the sport of sailing. The Optimist dinghy is a class of boat that serves as an entry-level class for sailing and regattas. The Optimist is one of the most widely built class boats in the world.
