Großes Ferienhaus mit Vielen Räumen. Gut Geeignet für Familien mit Kindern

The house is situated on a 1,600-square-meter lot. The Kunterbunt II vacation home is also located on this lot, 10 meters away.

I rent to families with children, couples, solo travelers, and construction workers...

The lot is shared by the tenants of both houses.

All rooms have roller shutter boxes in front of the windows or wooden shutters, so it stays nice and cool in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms. In addition, a connecting room with a fold-out bed can be used, and there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The house is located in Meudelfitz, which is 4 km from Hitzacker.
On the property, there is an open shelter where you can park your bicycles and a lockable shed (without lighting).

Internet is free and available via fiber-optic connection.
