Just arrive and make yourself at home. In our stylish and modern newly built apartment in the beautiful vacation town of Norddeich, you can forget about everyday life, relax, and truly take more time for yourself—because everything is taken care of. Built in 2021, this approximately 44 m² apartment for two people captivates with its modern elegance and exceptionally high-quality amenities. The ground-floor apartment features an open-concept living-dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace, and a small garden.
The parking space assigned to the apartment is located right next to the front door of your vacation rental. The bedroom is furnished with a luxury box-spring bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m) that can be adjusted electrically. A spacious closet and a dresser provide ample storage space. A 43-inch Panasonic TV completes the comfort for you. Of course, we’ve opted for down-free bedding. Everything you need for a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom features a barrier-free glass shower (90 cm x 100 cm) with a rain shower system, a towel warmer, and a vanity cabinet containing a hair dryer. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on our high-quality genuine leather couch. Additionally, a 43-inch smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system (all Panasonic devices) are at your disposal.
Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available; you’ll also find a selection of books and board games. Why not start your morning in our modern dining area with coffee or tea, a breakfast egg, and hot toast? The kitchen area is fully equipped: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a microwave, and, of course, a dishwasher. The drip coffee maker and a Tchibo Cafissimo; the toaster, the kettle, and the egg cooker—all brand-name appliances in stylish red. Of course, you can also enjoy your meals on the terrace. A table and two chairs are available for your use here. A supermarket and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity.
As a special highlight, an infrared sauna is available in the bedroom—relaxation after a great day at the beach awaits you here!
All rooms in the apartment feature underfloor heating. All windows and the sliding door are equipped with electric shutters and fly screens. A washing machine and a clothes drying rack are, of course, also available for your free use in the indoor storage room. There is an electrical outlet in our outdoor storage room, which is accessible from both your terrace and the driveway. Visitor’s fees are charged separately. Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in our apartment.
