This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental with its own ground-level entrance offers 50 m² of living space and a parking spot right next to the apartment. It is fully equipped and features a hallway, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom.

Amenities:
TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher (dish soap, dish towels), refrigerator, freezer, oven, radio, hair dryer, coffee maker (filter and Senseo), electric kettle, and toaster. Towels and bed linens are also included.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom as well as a guest bed (extra bed available upon request) in the living area.

A covered patio with seating and an awning is located right next to the entrance.
We have a lockable bike garage for your bicycles and bike rack.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Bostal, which is a 5-minute walk away.
Shopping options include a bakery 🥐 with a café☕️ (1.5 km away), as well as Edeka and Nettomarkt, both 4 km away.

Additional information:
The St. Wendeler Land Rail-to-Trail opened in 2023; the bike path is very close by (650 m – 3 min🚲)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The municipality of Nohfelden has been collecting a tourism tax since 01.01.2022. This tax amounts to €0.50 per person per night.

The following are exempt from paying the tourism tax:
a) Persons staying overnight in the municipal area for professional, educational, or training purposes,
b) Persons with severe disabilities as defined by the Severely Disabled Persons Act with a disability rating of 50 percent, as well as one accompanying person, provided this is noted on the disability ID card. Proof of severe disability must be provided by presenting the severe disability ID card.
c) Children up to the age of 3,
d) Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 participating in a summer camp,
e) Patients at the Saarwald Mother-Child Clinic in Nohfelden,

The fee is paid on site and remitted to the municipality.
