A ski and storage room for bicycles is located in the basement. The apartment has its own underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. The net proceeds from the rental of the Fortaleza apartment will benefit the youth center in Mekelle (northern Ethiopia). Mr. and Mrs. Hässig worked in this center for several months and visit it regularly. Every day up to 700 young people come to this center and are supported. Urgently needed due to high unemployment and since November 2020 also warlike violence.
