Verandas is a family oriented rental property. Students and student groups are not allowed; families only. Minimum age limit to rent and check in is 25. Verandas does not allow pets or motorcycles and is a non-smoking property. There is an on-site parking garage with free parking. Vehicle height capacity in parking garage is 6'6". Large trucks and vehicles with top carriers are not able to access the parking garage. 2 parking passes are allowed.
Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, and washcloths) are included in the total of this vacation rental.

There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for the entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental. These fees will be added on to the total of your reservation. Reservationists will give you the fee amount of the fees before you make the reservation.
