Welcome to El's Homes! We've created a modern and comfortable studio apartment in Kawe, Dar es Salaam, ideal for business or leisure stays, just a 1-minute drive from the Kawe roundabout. Features include AC, WiFi, smart TV, kitchenette, dedicated workspace, hot water, elevator access, free parking, water storage, and a standby generator. Conveniently located near Kawe Beach (5-minute drive) and within easy reach of the city.

Welcome to this comfortable and well-located studio apartment in Kawe, Dar es Salaam.
Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the studio is ideal for solo guests, couples, or one adult traveling with one child. The space offers a practical, relaxing setup with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a 32-inch smart TV, a kitchenette, and a small work desk with a chair for guests who need to work during their stay.
You will also have everyday essentials for a smooth visit, including hot water in the bathroom, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a wardrobe with hangers, and secure password access.
