The Space:

The 28 sqm|300 sq ft studio apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people. While at the property, you’ll enjoy spending time around the pool, which has plenty of seating, a built-in firepit and a BBQ for grilling up some tasty eats. This pool is nicely landscaped, surrounded by greenery, and enclosed for your safety and privacy.



Inside the studio space, you’ll find:

- a king bed & a nightstand with a lamp for reading

- an armoire-like closet & a full-length mirror for getting ready

- a small table with 2 chairs to enjoy a meal or work on your laptop if needed

- a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV to enjoy during downtime moments

- two small bottles of water, a coffee maker, some starter packets of coffee & coffee cups on the table for your morning perk-ups

- a mini fridge for added convenience if you have something you’d like to keep fresh

- a full bathroom with a stand-in shower, towels & plenty of space to unpack your essentials

Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property. To access the building, just enter the code and a separate code is provided to enter the studio. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

The property is located on the west end of La Paz’s Zona Comercial, just 7 blocks from the beach and the Malecón (the famous beachside promenade), so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots! Here are some of the highlights to check out:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



- The property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water during your stay, we must inform you that it will be your responsibility. To help conserve water, a precious asset, we recommend you: 1) Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands. 2) Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering up 3) If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load.



The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests must climb stairs to access upper-level studios. There is no elevator.

- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please note that you may come across some stray cats in the area. They are part of the local community, and we appreciate your understanding!



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the studio and shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
