Other things to note • Parking & Access: Includes a half-covered parking lot with a 7ft height clearance. Our unit is assigned one parking space; as the stalls are currently unassigned, you are welcome to park in any one available spot. If you have a second vehicle, please note that parking directly in front of the building on 10th Street and in lot directly across from the building (between 9th and 10th St) is paid from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (offering free overnight parking until 8 a.m.). Alternatively, 9-hour free street parking is available just a short walk away on 7th Avenue or Fairholme Drive. • Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit accessed via wide, winter-ready exterior stairs; please note there is no elevator on-site. • Amenities: Access to the shared year-round hot tub is managed by the building; it may close periodically for scheduled maintenance or if temperatures drop below -20°C. • Construction: There is currently ongoing construction nearby during standard business hours only. • Families: A Pack ’n Play and booster seats are available upon request. • Safety & Legal: The property is a fully licensed short-term rental with the Town of Canmore. Security cameras are located in public areas for guest safety.

Smoking & Vaping Policy Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the Juliet balconies, or in the shared hot tub area. Breaking our non-smoking/vaping policy inside the unit will result in up to a $500 fine to cover the specialized cost of eliminating smoke and vape odours from the interior. If you smoke outside on the ground level, you must do so at least 5 metres (16 feet) away from the building and safely dispose of all cigarette butts. Property management enforces this strictly; violations on the property will result in building fines passed directly to you and a potential ban from the hot tub amenity for your entire party.
2. Plumbing & Toilet Policy Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Do not flush any feminine hygiene products, paper towels, wet wipes, or baby wipes (even those labeled "flushable"). The mountain plumbing systems are sensitive, and any blockage caused by improper disposal will result in plumbing repair costs being charged back directly to your party.
************* Check-out instructions: 1. Park Pass: Leave the complimentary park pass on the hooks by the front door. (Lost passes will be charged back at replacement cost plus a $30 admin fee). 2. Trash: Take all garbage, recycling, and flattened cardboard inside the garbage and recycling room. Do not leave any bags in the hallways or outside the trash door. Leaving trash outside creates unpleasant conditions, violates community standards, and will attract dangerous wildlife and pests to the property. 3. Kitchen: Ensure the fridge and sink are left completely empty, and please load and start the dishwasher prior to leaving. 4. Towels: Ensure all blue hot tub towels are accounted for and left inside the unit. 5. Exit: Please ensure you depart the unit by 11:00 AM so our cleaning team can enter promptly.
************* Important Note on Late Checkouts: To respect our cleaning team's tight schedule, late checkouts without prior host consent are strictly subject to a fee of $50 for every 10 minutes late, which will be charged against the security deposit.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was extremely clean and well cared for. It was stocked with everything we needed and the location was great. The hosts communicated everything very clearly and were prompt with responding to messages. We would absolutely stay here again!
