Welcome to a cozy, pet-friendly studio in Historic Harmar Village! Stay in a charming historic building built in the 1900`s and just a short walk from downtown Marietta. Enjoy a comfy queen bed, Smart TV, private bath with rain shower, and a simple kitchen with stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Walk to Harmar Tavern, Busy Bee, Spagna’s, shops, and local attractions in under 5 minutes. One dog welcome (max 1). Includes one reserved parking space. Access requires about 20 steps.
Newly remodeled studio in a charming historic building with stylish decor and comfortable furnishings in Historic Harmar Village. Pics are exactly what you get! Extremely clean and we practice extra efforts and precautions when disinfecting between stays. This cozy all-in-one living space features a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a heater/AC portable unit for year-round comfort.
The private bathroom includes a shower with a rain shower head, and the simple kitchen offers an oven/stove, microwave, mini fridge, and basic cooking pots, pans, and utensils. There is also an in-suite washer and dryer for added convenience.
The studio is located inside a 127-year-old historic building, which adds to the unique character of the stay. Because of the building’s age, you may notice slightly slanted floors, which is typical of historic properties and part of its charm. The structure has been maintained and updated to ensure a comfortable stay.
Located in very walkable Historic Harmar Village, you’ll be less than a 5-minute walk to local favorites like Harmar Tavern, Busy Bee, and Spagna’s, and under a 15-minute walk to the shops and attractions of downtown Marietta. Historic sites surround the neighborhood, making it a great place to explore on foot.
One reserved parking space is provided for guests. The unit is accessed by approximately 20 steps, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
We are also pet friendly and welcome one dog per stay, making it easy to travel with your furry companion.

Additional Rules & Fees
Security Deposit: For reservations made through VRBO a $250 hold will be placed on your card the day before your departure. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released to you 7 days after the initial hold is made. For Airbnb reservations damages will be taken care of via the Airbnb claims center.
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - $500 fine.
A maximum of 1 dog is welcome but we do require guests to add their pet as a member of the reservation since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $75 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $150 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations. If you`re bringing a service dog, although not required by Airbnb, we appreciate the notice so we can inform our cleaning team, just as we do for pet stays.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.
Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM ET and check-in is at 4:00 PM ET.
If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can try to accommodate your request (subject to availability). A $50 fee applies for early check-ins after 1:00 PM and for late check-outs up to 1:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding that check-outs after 1:00 PM will incur a full night’s base rate. This policy ensures our cleaning & maintenance team has the time needed to thoroughly prepare the property, maintain high standards, and provide a great experience for every guest.
Max number of people on property - 2 people. Every unauthorized guest on our property beyond our max occupancy of 2 people will result in a fee of $50 per unauthorized guest.
Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM.
No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
Lock home and windows when leaving.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors and owners, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
